Helping people to take their first steps towards this goal, award-winning fitness app, WithU, launches its 2024 January fitness campaign, ‘Climb the Ladder’; a collection of progressive workouts for fitness beginners and those wanting to get back into a regular workout routine after some time off. New for January 2024 on the WithU app, members will be introduced to a series of 16 progressive ‘Climb the Ladder’ on-demand workouts led by WithU’s world-class coaches. Starting at just five minutes, each workout in the series is one minute longer than the last, helping people to build up to a 20 minute workout with confidence by the end of the plan. Throughout Climb the Ladder, members will take on a mix of strength, HIIT and strength on-demand sessions that can be done anywhere, with no equipment required.  As members take on each session, this mix of workouts is designed to improve fitness, boost wellbeing and introduce members to a variety of training styles, helping them to find how they like to workout. Those taking on the training plan can climb the ladder at their own pace over the course of 45 days, allowing them to fit workouts into their everyday routine and laying the foundations for a sustainable fitness routine throughout 2024.After they’ve completed Climb the Ladder, WithU members can continue working towards their 2024 fitness goals on the WithU app, thanks to WithU’s library of 1,500+ on-demand workouts, available for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness, across more than 20 disciplines. Tim Benjamin, ex-Olympian and co-founder & CPO of WithU, comments, “As we head into the new year, many of us will be setting 2024 fitness goals. Whilst motivation is high at the start of the month, it’s important to remember that lasting results come from the small steps taken every day, and that you don’t need to have an all or nothing approach to exercise to see results. “We created Climb the Ladder with the same principles of progressive overload that I applied throughout my career as an athlete. When transitioning from the off-season to the on-season after a long break, I’d scale back my training, increasing the intensity and length of each training session by a fractional amount to let my body and mind adjust and reduce risk of injury or fatigue that would hinder my performance later down the line.“With Climb the Ladder, the gradual, small increases in the length of the workouts have been designed to build your fitness in a sustainable way, and the constant progression and variety of workouts will give you the mental boosts needed to build a sustainable fitness routine that you’ll want to keep up far beyond January.”
